These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Jukeme ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Jukeme provides features that allow users to create playlists, share music videos, request videos, post comments, and enjoy synchronized playback in live sessions.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for activity that occurs through your account. You must not use another person's account without permission or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems.

3. User Content and Public Information

You are responsible for playlists, comments, profile information, video requests, and other content or information that you create, submit, or share through the App. Some information may be visible to other users. You must not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, misleading, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of others.

4. YouTube Content and Services

Jukeme uses YouTube API Services to search for YouTube content, retrieve video metadata, and provide playlist-related functionality. By using features powered by YouTube content, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

YouTube content is provided by YouTube or its respective rights holders. Jukeme does not own, host, broadcast, stream, retransmit, or rebroadcast YouTube video content.

Jukeme stores only the YouTube video metadata necessary to provide playlist and synchronized playback features.

5. No Video Broadcasting

The App synchronizes playback state, such as play, pause, and seek, so participants can watch videos in sync on their own devices. The App does not provide video broadcasting, retransmission, or rebroadcasting functionality.

The App does not permit downloading, copying, extracting, recording, storing for offline playback, or redistributing YouTube video content.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

If the App offers paid plans, subscriptions, or other purchases, they may be processed through Apple's App Store or other platform payment systems. Payment, cancellation, refund, and renewal terms may be governed by the applicable platform provider.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data except as permitted by law, infringe intellectual property rights, harass other users, submit spam or malicious content, or use the App in a way that violates applicable law or third-party terms.

8. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time. Features that depend on third-party services, including YouTube and cloud infrastructure providers, may change or become unavailable due to changes made by those third parties.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, interfere with the App, or use the App in a harmful or unlawful manner.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for issues caused by third-party services, content, or platforms.

11. Privacy and Data Deletion

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Users may delete their account and associated application data through the App's Settings screen or by contacting support [dot] jukemeister [at] gmail [dot] com.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or through another appropriate method. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the updated Terms.

ユーザーは、本アプリを通じて作成、送信、共有するプレイリスト、コメント、プロフィール情報、動画リクエスト、その他のコンテンツまたは情報について責任を負います。一部の情報は他のユーザーに表示される場合があります。違法、有害、濫用的、嫌がらせ、誤解を招く内容、権利侵害、または第三者の権利を侵害する内容を送信してはなりません。

4. YouTube コンテンツおよびサービス

Jukeme は、YouTube コンテンツの検索、動画メタデータの取得、プレイリスト関連機能の提供のために YouTube API Services を利用します。YouTube コンテンツを利用した機能を使用することにより、ユーザーは YouTube 利用規約にも同意するものとします。 https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

YouTube コンテンツは、YouTube または各権利者により提供されます。Jukeme は YouTube 動画コンテンツを所有、ホスト、配信、ストリーミング、再送信、再放送しません。

5. 動画の配信は行いません

本アプリは、参加者が各自の端末上で動画を同期して視聴できるように、再生、一時停止、シークなどの再生状態を同期します。本アプリは、動画配信、再送信、再放送の機能を提供しません。

本アプリは、YouTube動画コンテンツのダウンロード、複製、抽出、録画、オフライン保存、再配布を許可しません。

6. 購入およびサブスクリプション

本アプリが有料プラン、サブスクリプション、その他の購入機能を提供する場合、それらは Apple の App Store またはその他のプラットフォーム決済システムを通じて処理される場合があります。支払い、解約、返金、更新条件は、該当するプラットフォーム提供者の条件に従う場合があります。

7. 禁止行為

ユーザーは、本アプリの不正利用、運営の妨害、不正アクセスの試み、法令で認められる場合を除くデータのスクレイピングまたは収集、知的財産権の侵害、他のユーザーへの嫌がらせ、スパムまたは悪意あるコンテンツの送信、適用法令または第三者の規約に違反する利用をしてはなりません。

8. サービスの変更および利用可能性

当方は、本アプリの全部または一部をいつでも変更、一時停止、終了する場合があります。YouTube やクラウド基盤提供者を含む第三者サービスに依存する機能は、当該第三者による変更により変更または利用できなくなる場合があります。

9. 利用停止

ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、リスクまたは法的責任を生じさせる場合、本アプリの運営を妨害する場合、または有害もしくは違法な方法で本アプリを利用する場合、当方は本アプリへのアクセスを停止または終了することがあります。

10. 免責および責任の制限

本アプリは現状有姿かつ提供可能な範囲で提供されます。法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、当方は明示または黙示の保証を行わず、間接損害、付随的損害、結果損害、特別損害、懲罰的損害、または第三者サービス、コンテンツ、プラットフォームに起因する問題について責任を負いません。

Jukeme ("the App") provides a way for users to create playlists, share music videos, and enjoy synchronized playback in live sessions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete information in connection with the App.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: name or display name, email address, account identifier provided through Apple, Google, or other authentication providers, and profile image.
• Information You Create or Submit in the App: playlist information including title, description, image, and added video information, comments, likes, bookmarks, video requests, public profile information, and live session participation information.
• Information Generated Through Use of the App: playback synchronization data for live sessions such as play, pause, and seek actions, information needed to join or share sessions via QR code or URL, and technical information required to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, and maintain reliability.
• Device, Cookie, and Similar Technology Information: information stored, accessed, collected, or recognized on or from your device, app, browser, or embedded web views, such as cookies, local storage, authentication or session tokens, device or SDK identifiers, app cache, preferences, and diagnostics.
• Purchase Information: if the App offers paid plans or subscriptions, purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card information. We may receive limited transaction-related information as needed to provide or verify subscription features.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the App; authenticate users and manage accounts; enable playlists, comments, likes, bookmarks, and video requests; provide live sessions and synchronized playback features; enable sharing and participation features between users; respond to inquiries, provide support, and investigate issues; prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized use, and violations of our terms; and comply with legal obligations and protect rights and safety.

3. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to operate the App, including:

• Sign in with Apple
• Google Sign-In
• AWS Amplify, Amazon Cognito, AWS AppSync, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon S3
• YouTube-related services
• Apple StoreKit

These third parties may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Device Storage, Cookies, and Similar Technologies

Jukeme and third-party services used by Jukeme may store, access, collect, or recognize information directly or indirectly on or from your device, app, browser, or embedded web views. This may include cookies, local storage, SDK or device identifiers, authentication or session tokens, app cache, preferences, diagnostics, and similar technologies.

We use these technologies to keep users signed in, operate and secure the App, remember preferences, provide YouTube search, metadata, and embedded playback features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and maintain reliability. Third-party services, including Google, YouTube-related services, Apple, and AWS service providers, may use these technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies.

You may be able to limit, reset, or delete some of this information through your device, browser, app, or account settings, by signing out, deleting app data, or uninstalling the App. Some features may not function properly if these technologies are disabled or removed.

5. YouTube API Services

Jukeme uses YouTube API Services to search for YouTube content, retrieve video metadata, and provide playlist-related functionality.

By using features powered by YouTube content, you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Jukeme stores only the YouTube video metadata necessary to provide playlist and synchronization features. Users may request deletion of account-related data through the application settings or by contacting support [dot] jukemeister [at] gmail [dot] com.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances: with your consent; with service providers or cloud infrastructure providers as necessary to operate the App; to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, the App, or others; and to detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues.

7. Information Visible to Other Users

Because of the nature of the App, some information may be visible to other users, including:

• Display name
• Profile image
• Public profile information
• Playlists you create
• Comments you post
• Certain activity such as likes
• Participation in live sessions

Please consider this when choosing what information to share through the App.

8. Camera Access

The App may use the camera to scan QR codes for joining or sharing playlists or live sessions. The App is not intended to continuously record, store, or broadcast camera footage for this feature.

9. No Video Broadcasting

The App does not broadcast, stream, retransmit, or rebroadcast video content. Each participant watches the video on their own device. The App only synchronizes playback state, such as play, pause, and seek, so participants can watch in sync.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and prevent abuse or misuse. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it using reasonable measures.

11. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

You may be able to request deletion of your account or related data through the App or by contacting us at: support [dot] jukemeister [at] gmail [dot] com

In some cases, we may retain certain information if required by law, necessary for legitimate business purposes, or needed to prevent fraud and abuse.

12. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.

13. Children's Privacy

The App is not primarily directed to children under 13, or to children under the minimum age required by applicable law in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children without appropriate consent where required.

8. カメラへのアクセス

本アプリは、プレイリストやライブセッションへの参加または共有のためにQRコードを読み取る目的でカメラを使用する場合があります。この機能のために、継続的にカメラ映像を録画、保存、配信することを意図したものではありません。

9. 動画の配信は行いません

本アプリは、動画コンテンツを配信、ストリーミング、再送信、再放送しません。各参加者は自分の端末上で動画を視聴します。本アプリは、参加者が同期して視聴できるように、再生、一時停止、シークなどの再生状態のみを同期します。

10. データの保持

当方は、本アプリの提供、法的義務の履行、紛争解決、契約の執行、不正利用や濫用の防止に合理的に必要な期間、情報を保持します。情報が不要になった場合には、合理的な方法により削除または匿名化します。

11. アカウント削除およびデータ削除

アカウントまたは関連データの削除は、本アプリ内または support [dot] jukemeister [at] gmail [dot] com への連絡を通じて依頼できる場合があります。

ただし、法令上必要な場合、正当な事業目的のために必要な場合、または詐欺や濫用の防止に必要な場合には、一部情報を保持することがあります。

YouTube API Services

Jukeme uses YouTube API Services to search for YouTube videos, display video metadata, and play videos through an embedded YouTube player.

Jukeme does not download, convert, extract, proxy, cache, or provide offline playback of YouTube audio or video. Playback is provided through YouTube's embedded player.

By using Jukeme features that rely on YouTube, you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Cached YouTube Video Metadata

Playlist entries in Jukeme may include limited YouTube video metadata, such as video titles, thumbnail URLs, video IDs, and durations.

This metadata is used only to display playlist entries and keep playlists usable. Jukeme periodically refreshes cached YouTube video metadata so that playlist information stays consistent with the current data available from YouTube API Services.

If you want data associated with your Jukeme account removed from this app, you can delete your account from Settings.

Jukeme does not store YouTube login credentials and does not request access to your YouTube account.
